I thoroughly enjoyed beautifully decorated and well-appointed room here.
The staff was caring, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with simple tasty food. The food was outstanding and tasty, included fresh fruit, slices of fresh bread and pastries. Everything was simply really good.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Right in the middle of Sintra. The lady in the reception was most professional, kind and helpful. Spoke excelent english.
The inside air in the room and the hallway was bad, smelling badly of the product they probably use to cleanthe carpet floor.

Lovely team at the reception, especially Raphaella.
We faced significant issues with the security lock. The room felt cramped, and we had inadequate charging points for our devices. The bathroom fan was ineffective, leading to a steamy and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Excellent facilities in what is a brand new hotel with a very good, close to excellent food standard in a restaurant that was only opened the week before our arrival.
Trying to find it?? The map on the Booked.net page is around 5kms out. If you put the hotel address the gps takes you to the location on the map which is outside of Sintra Town centre - were the hotel actually is. The name of the street is the same in both places, people need to head for the Town Centre "Centro Historica". It is best to approach from South East via "Rua Bernardim Ribeiro" from town of Sao Pedro. This leads onto the 'One Way Steet" Rua Visconde De Monserrate at an obvious y junction were you keep right. Hotel on left around 250m - limited parking at front of hotel.

There was an issue with the Internet connection and I was unable to receive the Internet on my device.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of Sintra, with access to major attractions like the National Palace and beautiful local shops.
The security lock on my room door was faulty, causing significant concern during an unexpected fire alarm due to its difficulty to operate.

Bathroom was excellent, especially the Grohe shower heads worked well. Staff were polite and kind. Best location.
The room was small. I thought it was unusual for a recently built hotel that there was only one electrical outlet available for guests. We had to charge our phones and other devises one after another. Took a long time.

It wasn't inexpensive but, you know, for a nice getaway, it felt acceptable.
